As an athlete with horrible stamina due to being anemic.. i have literally had a period of simple running for a month and my cardio improved so much that i no longer gassed out very quickly. I know the work that it takes to build cardio from nothing, you put little to no effort on your cardio. That fight was ridiculous. I dont care if you dont have great cardio, just dont cap about all this training and shit like youre working as hard as others. You’ve gotten outworked in your redemption fight!!
